As a Personal Banker within PNC's retail banking organization, you will be based in Round Rock, TX at the Redbud branch. Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Job Description

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience to improve financial wellbeing, and collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet.
• Drive proactive sales conversations via internal and outbound interactions, including calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement, to elevate client loyalty and identify PNC solutions.
• Create customer loyalty and expand customer share through differentiated experiences, lobby activities, and educating customers on managing transactions with technology and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues effectively, fostering loyalty.
• Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment, and participating in branch operations efficiently and accurately.

• Customer-focused, knowledgeable about customer needs, and able to create tailored solutions.
• Ability to manage risks effectively within PNC’s framework.

Qualifications

• Preferred skills include accountability, banking, client loyalty, customer experience, proactive sales, and leveraging technology.
• Competencies include banking products, digital awareness, communication, multitasking, problem solving, prospecting, and retail lending.
• Typically requires 3+ years of experience, an associate degree or equivalent, or relevant certifications and military experience.
• No specific certifications or licenses required, but candidates will undergo background checks.
