Summary

Proactively develop client relationships through effective use of profiles and established bank sales processes, coordinating bank resources to assist clients in achieving financial goals while providing products and services that generate profit for the bank. Provide excellent service while managing relationships over time to maximize client retention.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform various sales activities approximately 80% of the time.
• Maximize customer sales opportunities by cross‑selling accounts and services as appropriate.
• Expand portfolio relationships with high‑value customers through consistent profiling of appropriate customers, utilizing sales processes and behaviors to identify customers who have the potential for added value relationships, performing personal touches, evaluating customers’ financial needs, recommending solutions, and asking for the business.
• Provide qualified investment referrals to the appropriate branch personnel.
• Sell credit life and disability insurance, if licensed.
• Understand and effectively sell against the competitive market.
• Use the internal prospect lists to identify sales opportunities.

Qualifications
