Job Description
  • Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience to improve financial wellbeing, and collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet.
  • Drive proactive sales conversations via internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement, to elevate client loyalty. Conduct full PNC conversations to identify suitable solutions and leverage partnerships and community centers of influence.
  • Create customer loyalty and expand share of wallet through differentiated experiences, lobby engagement, and educating customers on financial management options using technology and resources.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues effectively, fostering loyalty.
  • Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment, and participating in branch operations efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

Skills, competencies, experience, education, and certifications needed include accountability, banking, client loyalty, customer experience, proactive sales, digital awareness, communication, multitasking, problem solving, prospecting, retail lending, and understanding customer needs.

Typically requires 3+ years of experience, an Associates degree or equivalent, or a combination of education, certification, and experience.
