Personal Banker (Member Service Representative II)

The pay range for this position is listed below. Our pay ranges are designed to accommodate candidates with various levels of skills and experience, allowing room for growth and tenure. Typical new hire salaries fall within the minimum to midpoint of the range, based on individual qualifications. Offers are extended based on knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity.

Pay Range: $24.20 - $35.09

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 30

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing world-class member service at branch and service center locations, promoting credit union products and services to build relationships.
• Processing transactions related to savings, loans, and auxiliary services.
• Performing file maintenance, vault and night drop duties, assisting with branch preparations, and other team duties as needed.
• Maintaining knowledge of credit union products and services, including savings and consumer loans, with basic knowledge of real estate products.
• Processing new memberships, additional share accounts, and loan requests, and researching account issues.
• Delivering excellent face-to-face service, assessing member needs, addressing concerns, and providing product recommendations.
• Complying with regulatory requirements, including BSA regulations, and completing necessary training.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Licenses/Certifications as applicable
