Requirements

• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Description

Under immediate supervision, provides exceptional customer service involving receipt and payment of cash in a high-volume sales environment. Responsibilities include:

1. Following established banking policies and supervisor directives
2. Achieving monthly new account production goals
3. Processing deposits and payouts accurately, balancing daily transactions
4. Verifying cash and check amounts, endorsing checks
5. Guarding against counterfeit currency and checks
6. Entering transactions into computer systems and issuing receipts
7. Selling and preparing financial documents such as money orders and bonds
8. Processing Western Union wires and cash advances
9. Cross-selling bank products and services
10. Serving a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers
11. Performing additional tasks as assigned by supervisors

Environmental and Physical Requirements

• Standing or walking for extended periods, depending on branch location
• Working in a high-volume, stressful environment
• Operating computers and office machinery
• Lifting up to 25 lbs
