Job summary

Frost Bank in Texas is seeking a Personal Banker II who serves as the first point of contact for our customers, building trust and long-term relationships. You’ll educate customers on Frost products, provide transactional services, and contribute to achieving sales goals through personalized financial solutions.

You’ll work Monday–Friday with rotating Saturday shifts, delivering friendly, accurate service while staying current on product and technology trends to support customers and the bank’s

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customers focusing on acquisition, expansion and retention.
• Educate customers about Frost deposit and loan products.
• Provide transactional services including deposits, payments, and check cashing.
• Meet sales goals by discussing financial needs and presenting Frost solutions.
• Educate and advise customers about products and services.
• Outbound calls for service, sales, and onboarding.
• Stay updated on product, technology and industry trends.
• Support risk awareness and loss prevention.

As a Personal Banker II, you are the first point of contact for many of our customers, and you set the standard for what it means to bank with us. What you’ll do:

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customers with a focus on acquisition, expansion and retention of customers
• Maintain a high level of proficiency regarding all Frost products, with a particularly high level of expertise on all deposit and loan products.
• This is necessary to effectively educate customers on these products
• Provide transactional services to include accepting deposits, payments, and check cashing, as needed
• Use all opportunities to meet assigned sales goals for deposit and loan products by discussing personal financial needs with customers and present product and service solutions to our customers in which Frost can best serve their needs
• Educate and advise customers about products and services
• Work effectively and amicably with all frost bankers and customers
• Making outbound phone calls to customers for service, sales and onboarding efforts
• Keep abreast of current product, technology and industry trends
• Manage risk and actively practice loss prevention
• Ensure that the quality of service given to customers is prompt, efficient, accurate and courteous
• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

• Required Availability: Monday – Friday, 7:45am–6:15pm with Rotating Saturdays, 8:45am–1:15pm
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
