Frost in Texas is seeking a Personal Banker II who will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering trusted guidance on deposits, loans, and everyday banking.

You will manage a portfolio, educate clients, meet sales goals, and provide courteous service while leveraging Frost products; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

This role requires availability Mon-Fri with rotating Saturdays; join a team with a 150-year legacy and comprehensive benefits.

As a Personal Banker II, you are the first point of contact for many of our customers, and you set the standard for what it means to bank with us. What Youll Do

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customers with a focus on acquisition, expansion and retention of customers


• Maintain a high level of proficiency regarding all Frost products, with a particularly high level of expertise on all deposit and loan products. This is necessary to effectively educate customers on these products


• Provide transactional services to include accepting deposits, payments, and check cashing, as needed


• Use all opportunities to meet assigned sales goals for deposit and loan products by discussing personal financial needs with customers and present product and service solutions to our customers in which Frost can best serve their needs


• Educate and advise customers about products and services


• Work effectively and amicably with all frost bankers and customers


• Making outbound phone calls to customers for service, sales and onboarding efforts


• Keep abreast of current product, technology and industry trends


• Manage risk and actively practice loss prevention


• Ensure that the quality of service given to customers is prompt, efficient, accurate and courteous


• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What Youll Need

• Required Availability: Mondayriday, 7:45am:15pm with Rotating Saturdays, 8:45am:15pm


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
