Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales and Financial Needs Assessment to identify customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and propose solutions.
• Schedule appointments for periodic financial reviews and outreach.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
• Collaborate with business partners to provide holistic financial solutions.
• Meet production goals and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Guide CSRs on sales and referral processes.
