The hiring range for this opportunity is $18.00 to $21.00 per hour along with incentive opportunities, creating a competitive total compensation package based on our pay scale, and may be modified by location and is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
POSITION SUMMARY & MISSION – Personal Banker

As a Personal Banker you will establish and grow relationships of trust with Tri Counties Bank’s customers by listening to them with attention and care, learning about their financial circumstances, assisting them with transactions, and expertly introducing them to products and services that address their needs and goals.
SCOPE & COMPLEXITY
Conduct an average of approximately 12 or more customer conversations daily.
Present to customers the features and benefits of:
Continuously update a customer relationship management database with records of all customer interactions, whether in person, by telephone, or other modes of communication.
Maintain collaborative relationships with other Tri Counties Bank financial services professionals providing specialized services in:
