Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to perform sales activities to acquire new consumer households and cross-sell.
• Understanding of advanced math for credit and financial analysis.
• Professional representation of the bank in appearance and communication.
• Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures; compliance awareness.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at employment.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and propose solutions.
• Proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales.
• Collaborate with partners to provide timely financial solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals.
• Guide CSRs on sales and referrals.
• Promote customer satisfaction with professionalism.
• Address customer questions and issues promptly.
• Follow Code of Conduct and retail policies.
• Process consumer loans and bankcards from application to close.
• Participate in opening/closing of Financial Center or Bank Mart.
