UMB Financial Corporation is seeking Personal Bankers who build trusted relationships and tailor financial solutions for customers. You will convert routine transactions into cross-sell opportunities by asking personalized questions and providing product recommendations.
In addition to meeting daily sales metrics, you will handle transactions, branch duties, and maintain compliance while delivering exceptional service across community banking with weekends and some evenings expected.
Personal Bankers at UMB are experts at building customer relationships and recommending and selling products and services. They use their product knowledge to identify needs and offer financial solutions that help customers secure their financial well‑being while making banking easy.
Targeted hourly pay: $20–$21 per hour. Annual salary range: $38,916 – $57,244.
