Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; 1+ years sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to meet sales and service goals.
• Ability to learn and explain a variety of retail products and digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent customer experience in person and over the phone to meet financial needs.
• Educate customers on retail products and digital solutions to support financial wellness.
• Identify opportunities and refer customers to bank specialists when complex needs arise.
• Maintain accurate financial transactions and comply with policies and regulations.
• Earn more than base pay through quarterly incentive program.
