• Handle Teller duties: cash transactions, verify identifications, balance ATM/drawer, process deposits, payments and money orders.
• Open new accounts and assist customers with onboarding and servicing needs.
• Engage customers in the lobby and by phone to educate on self-service options and protect confidentiality; comply with all regulations.
