Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• Prior banking experience preferred.
• At least 6 months in a client service role preferred.
• At least 6 months sales experience preferred.
• At least 6 months cash handling experience preferred.
• NMLS licensed and registered; notary license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, easy, and personal client service per company standards.
• Promote banking products to clients and prospects through direct sales.
• Achieve sales goals daily, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Develop relationships with business partners to maximize opportunities.
• Open checking and savings accounts and process client transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking platforms and self‑service tools.
• Refer products and services to other banking lines as appropriate.
• Protect client information and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain cash controls, complete logs, and proper documentation.
• Complete monthly training on regulatory requirements and policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
