Lone Star National Bank is seeking a Personal Banker I to build strong customer relationships, open accounts, and process credit applications. You will engage with customers in person and by phone, offer a range of banking products, and support branch goals in a dynamic market.
The role requires flexibility, bilingual abilities (English/Spanish preferred), and willingness to learn regulatory requirements and compliance standards. Training and team collaboration are emphasized.

The PB I will establish all types of accounts and take credit applications from our customers. Personal Bankers devote much of the day to building long term relationships with customers in person and by phone. Floaters may be moved from branch to branch within their assigned region to provide coverage, as needed.
All employees are required to attend scheduled mandatory trainings and complete online regulatory compliance training courses applicable to their specific job function. In all situations, employees must ensure that their actions fully comply with all federal banking laws and regulations, including internal bank policies and procedures. Failure to adhere to these requirements will be grounds for disciplinary action, including probation and possible termination.
