Zusammenfassung

Great Lakes Credit Union is seeking a Personal Banker in Zion, IL to deliver exceptional member service, assess financial needs, and cross-sell loans and products. The role requires completing FiCep training and maintaining compliance with lending and account procedures.

You will build relationships, manage a book of business through outbound calls and in-branch interactions, and work toward sales targets while upholding Standards of Excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year as a Senior Member Specialist or equivalent (Personal Banker).
• Successful completion of Retail Advanced (Lending) training.
• Must have active NMLS license or ability to obtain renewal or new license within 6 months.
• FiCep training within a predetermined time frame.

Aufgaben

• Assess each member’s financial situation and determine best products for financial wellness.
• Attain and exceed sales goals while supporting department and credit union success.
• Provide guidance on membership, deposits, loans, and lending criteria.
• Open/maintain membership accounts according to policies.
• Process loan applications and review credit reports for cross-sell opportunities.
• Call on local small businesses to discuss GLCU support.
