The Union Bank Company is seeking a Personal Banker to join our team in a role focused on delivering an exceptional client experience. You will originate consumer loans, drive new deposit accounts, and promote a wide range of banking services to clients and prospects.

As part of the branch team, you will cross-sell financial products, support the teller line when needed, and participate in community activities. A strong emphasis on relationship-building and sales is essential.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required
• Associate degree or higher preferred
• 3–5 years' experience in a related position at a financial institution preferred

Responsabilidades

• Originates consumer loans and is responsible for new deposit account sales and client service
• Promotes the bank's lending and deposit services and cross-sells all bank products
• Supports teller line when needed and handles client account transactions
• Cross-sells Wealth Management, Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Commercial, and Private Banking
• Develops and maintains relationships with retail and commercial clients and prospects
• Schedules appointments weekly and manages pipeline to grow business
• Works with Branch Manager on promotions and goals
• Resolves account problems and provides client information and support
