Job summary

Switchboard Hiring is assisting a well-established Colorado community bank in filling a Personal Banker role. You will greet customers, process transactions, and help clients with financial needs while building lasting relationships in a friendly branch team.

The position offers $19–$23/hour with benefits including health/dental/vision, a 401(k) with employer match after one year, paid time off, and ongoing training. Sales experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain close attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Balance and maintain a cash drawer daily
• Open and close accounts including checking, savings, CDs, and NOW accounts
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with branch customers
• Cross-sell banking products and services based on individual customer needs
• Perform basic loan administration as needed
• Follow all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
