Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in person and over the phone to assess and fulfill financial needs.
• Actively listen and make product recommendations to hit individual and team targets.
• Educate customers on a variety of retail products and digital solutions to improve financial wellness.
• Ensure financial transactions are completed accurately and in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Refer customers to bank specialists when complex needs are identified.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience and participate in the incentive program.
