Parker Staffing, LLC. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative (Personal Banker) for an award-winning financial institution in Bend, OR.

This onsite role offers a salary range of $40,996–$55,494 annually plus uncapped commission incentives and a direct-hire employment deal with benefits. The position involves building client relationships, promoting bank products, and meeting sales goals in both branch and field settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; business-related college coursework or degree preferred.
• Prior banking, or sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Build knowledge of bank products and services to maintain rapport with clients and bring new deposit and loan relationships to the bank.
• Assist clients with banking needs; open new accounts and discuss or originate loans and onboard new clients.
• Make out-of-office calls and visits to businesses and referral sources as assigned by leadership.
• Make visits to businesses and community organizations as assigned by leadership.
• Hit sales goals in a branch setting and in the field by promoting banking products and building relationships.

• Build skills toward a solid knowledge base of bank products and services to maintain rapport with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions – with the goal of bringing new deposit and loan relationships to the bank.
