As a Personal Banker within PNC's retail organization, you will be based in Houston, TX at the 1960 & Eldridge Branch Location. Bilingual Spanish Preferred.

Job Description
  • Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive revenue and loyalty.
  • Drive proactive sales conversations via internal and outbound interactions, including calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointments, and lobby engagement, to elevate client loyalty. Use a full PNC conversation to identify solutions and leverage community and ecosystem partnerships to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
  • Create customer loyalty by delivering a differentiated experience. Engage lobby activities to connect with customers and educate them on managing transactions using technology and resources.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems effectively, fostering loyalty.
  • Manage risk by adhering to policies and demonstrating sound judgment, participating in branch operations efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

Successful candidates should demonstrate relevant skills, experience, and education. Typically, roles require an Associates degree or equivalent and 3+ years of related experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
