stbancorp is seeking a Branch Sales specialist to profile customers, determine financial services needs, and refer them to appropriate bank partners. You will open loan and deposit accounts, meet sales goals, and maintain documentation throughout the customer lifecycle.
Requires 2–5 years of banking experience, a high school diploma or equivalent (or two-year degree preferred), and CARE certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsible for profiling customers to determine financial services needs and referring customers to other Line of Business partners when appropriate. Opens loan and deposit accounts. Responsible for achieving individual goals including loan and deposit production and other sales goals as assigned by Branch management.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent , plus specialized training or a two-year degree.
Two to five years general experience required and specialized preferred.
Operates a keypad device: 70% of the day; operates electronic equipment: 10% of the day; operates office equipment: 10% of the day. Standing is required 2 hours per day in a straight position. Sitting is required 5 hours per day in a leaning position. Routinely lifts up to 10 lbs., 2 times per day. Maximum lift is 20 lbs., one time per day. Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Use of manual dexterity skills for typing and data entry up to 40% of the business day.
