As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Saint Clairsville, Ohio.

Job Description

1. Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience to improve financial wellbeing and grow share of wallet.
2. Drive proactive sales conversations via internal and outbound interactions, including calling, lobby engagement, and appointment setting, to elevate client loyalty and identify PNC solutions.
3. Create customer loyalty and expand customer share by providing a differentiated experience, educating on technology tools, and positioning PNC products.
4. Use product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues effectively, fostering loyalty.
5. Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures, participating in branch operations efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications
