As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Louisville, KY at the Rockford-Lane Branch.

Job Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience to improve financial wellbeing.
• Drive sales conversations via outbound calls, lobby engagement, and appointment setting, leveraging ecosystem partnerships to grow relationships.
• Create customer loyalty by providing a differentiated experience, educating on managing transactions with technology, and positioning PNC products.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues and mitigate risks.
• Participate in branch operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy, while adhering to policies and managing risk.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in banking, customer service, or sales, typically 3+ years.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and prospecting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and leverage technology effectively.
