Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management & Customer Service: Build and strengthen customer relationships by providing personalized service, educating customers on C&N's products and services, and delivering an exceptional banking experience.
  • Account Opening & Financial Solutions: Open consumer and business deposit accounts, assist with digital banking solutions, and recommend products and services that align with customers' financial needs and goals.
  • Consumer Lending: Identify lending opportunities, assist customers with consumer loan products, originate eligible loan applications, and guide customers through the lending process.
  • Business Development: Support branch business development efforts by building community relationships, participating in outreach activities, and collaborating with business partners to identify referral opportunities.
  • Branch Operations: Provide support with teller transactions and branch operations as needed while maintaining compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Who are you?

You’re a relationship-focused banking professional who enjoys helping customers achieve their financial goals. At C&N, we’re seeking a Personal Banker to build lasting customer relationships while delivering personalized financial solutions and exceptional service.

You will be responsible for:

Requirements:

Education & Experience – You will need a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) AND 2-4 years previous related experience in a customer service setting, preferably in a banking environment OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Recommended Certifications – NMLS (within 1 year of employment)
