Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent banking experience.

• Knowledge of banking regulations including BSA/AML and basic compliance standards.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with core banking systems.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to clients in person, by phone, and via email.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, ACH transactions, loan payments, and other banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist clients with opening new accounts and maintaining existing accounts, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records within the core banking system.
• Monitor and escalate suspicious activity in accordance with BSA/AML policies.
• Assist with daily branch balancing, cash drawer management, and end-of-day reconciliation.
• Collaborate with internal teams including lending, operations, and compliance.
• Cross-sell appropriate banking products and services based on client needs.
