AdventHealth Credit Union is seeking a full-time Personal Banker for an on-site role in Altamonte Springs, FL. You will review reports, open accounts, and promote credit union products while delivering prompt, courteous service to members.

The role requires call center or customer service experience and knowledge of consumer lending. Expect daily interactions and opportunities to grow with the credit union.

Qualifications

• High School Grad or Equiv preferred.
• 2+ years in a call center or customer service environment required.
• 2+ years consumer lending experience required.
• Banking and/or credit union experience preferred.

Processes mail and drop box items, files, and images documents. Maintains customer/potential customer databases and follows up on initial contacts. Responds to member inquiries via telephone and electronic channels, providing prompt, accurate, and courteous information. Other duties as assigned. Opens new accounts and updates existing member information. Promotes various marketing campaigns and cross-sells credit union products. Identifies sales opportunities during member interactions and actively promotes credit union products and services. Resolves account issues, including fee reversals, posting errors, payroll deduction changes, and minimum payment requirements. Troubleshoots plastic card problems, such as activations, fraud claims, processing errors, and new or replacement orders. Processes loan applications, interviews applicants, disburses consumer loans, and conducts follow-up. Handles routine daily tasks, including account balance inquiries, transfer requests, stop payment orders, and changes of address.
