As a Branch Banker [in a Universal Branch or in an In-store Branch], you will strengthen customer relationships with a defined sales process. You will spend most of your time as a personal banker, engaging customers in sales conversations in order to identify appropriate financial solutions. This position, within PNC's Retail Branch Banking Network, is based at the Marlboro branch.

Job Description

1. Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience to improve financial wellbeing and grow share of wallet.
2. Drive proactive sales conversations via internal and outbound interactions, including calls, lobby engagement, and appointment setting, to elevate client loyalty.
3. Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet by providing a differentiated experience, educating on financial management options, and leveraging technology.
4. Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues effectively, fostering loyalty.
5. Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures, participating in branch operations efficiently and accurately.
