We are currently seeking a Full-Time Personal Banker - T. This role combines traditional Teller and Personal Banker duties for a comprehensive customer experience.

Job Duties:

Teller

• Handle cash transactions, verify cash and endorsements, receive proper identification, and identify counterfeit currency.
• Balance ATMs and cash drawers daily, ensuring all cash and coin are secured according to bank policy.
• Consolidate and balance daily transactions.
• Perform transactions such as opening accounts, accepting deposits, processing loan payments, cashing checks, and issuing money orders and cashier’s checks.

Personal Banker

• Build customer loyalty by uncovering financial needs and recommending suitable products and services.
• Manage the customer experience from onboarding to resolving service issues.
• Conduct outbound sales activities, including meeting local businesses and attending community events.
• Connect customers with specialized financial services like loans, mortgages, and investments.
• Follow up with new customers to ensure satisfaction and address additional financial needs.

Combined Responsibilities

• Assist and educate customers in the lobby and over the phone on self-service technologies.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and comply with all regulatory requirements.
• Complete regulatory compliance training and perform additional duties as assigned.
