Qualifications

• Prior Auto Underwriting experience for underwriter roles.
• Customer service experience for underwriting assistants.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Typing/data entry skills minimum 30 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service to agents and policyholders on quotes, endorsements, and renewals.
• Develop understanding of coverage, exposures, rating plans, and state requirements.
• Enter new business policies, endorsements, and renewals; order reports as needed.
• Assist underwriters in new business, endorsements, and renewal processes; participate in special projects.
