Co-founder of Bathe, Austin's first bathhouse social club and event venue is seeking a right-hand-human to support with the wild, wonderful world of start-up life.

This is a hybrid role blending creative, administrative, and hands-on work. You'll be collaborating with some of the coolest brands, artists, healers, influencers, and media in Austin.

Core Responsibilities:

• Respond to emails, scheduling meetings, managing follow-up tasks
• Create event flyers and basic advertising materials in Canva
• Assist with email marketing and newsletters, including graphics and copy
• Assist with film and editing social media content (Reels, BTS, etc)
• Write captions, emails, and occasional blog posts or event copy
• Conduct research and make online purchases
• Support personal tasks including errands, returns, and household support

The Ideal Candidate is:

• A Canva wizard
• Experienced in filming + editing social media content
• A strong writer who doesn’t rely solely on ChatGPT
• Eager to learn new platforms and tools
• Passionate about wellness, design, and start-up culture
• Based in Austin and available for in-person work

The Details

• Hours: 20–30 per week to start, with potential to grow
• Location: Hybrid – in Austin, with on-site availability for meetings, errands, and content capture
• Compensation: Starting at $22/hour
