About The Role

We’re looking for a resourceful, highly organized Personal Assistant to support a digital content creator based in Aurora, Colorado. This isn’t your typical assistant role—you’ll wear many hats, from handling day-to-day logistics to helping behind the camera and in the editing room. Ideal candidates are creative, tech-savvy, and excited to be part of the fast-paced world of content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the creator’s daily schedule, appointments, and reminders
• Run errands and provide general administrative and personal support
• Act as a second set of hands during shoots—camera operation, lighting setup, scene prep
• Edit short-form and long-form content
• Coordinate travel arrangements and brand collaborations
• Help organize and maintain the home, office, and studio space
• Maintain clear communication with vendors, brands, and collaborators
• Be available for occasional evenings, weekends, or travel

Requirements

• Prior experience in a personal assistant or production support role
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable handling cameras and basic video equipment
• Experience editing video content for social platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
• Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Based in or willing to relocate/commute to Aurora, Colorado
