support with childcare responsibilities such as assisting with meal planning, preparing meals and organising food shopping.

Helping to maintain a clean, tidy and safe home through household cleaning and laundry.

Providing gentle prompts and encouragement to maintain personal hygiene routines.

Supporting the organisation of daily activities, routines and appointments where needed.

Breaking tasks down into smaller, manageable steps to reduce feelings of overwhelm.

Encouraging independence and supporting the individual to complete tasks they are able to manage themselves.

Providing practical support on days when pain, fatigue, memory difficulties or anxiety make everyday tasks more challenging. Support with making appointments (e.g. minor house repairs) and liaising with trades people when carrying out jobs at the house.

Support with making GP appointments and communicating with medical professionals.

Support with ensuring medications are taken regularly and prescriptions ordered on time.
