Client Information

The Company, founded in 2016, is a full-service artist management, festival, concert, and event company based in Austin, Texas. They offer a comprehensive range of services, including production, stage management, site operations, logistics, ticketing services, emergency management plans, and COVID mitigation plans for large events.

Job Description

• Scheduling appointments
• Sending cards, flowers, etc.
• Updating spreadsheets
• Creating shipping/packaging labels

• Ordering maintenance and repairs for household appliances
• Assisting with inbound calls as needed
• Additional admin tasks as needed

Must Haves

• Google Sheets/Excel experience (ability to do basic computations/math)
• At least 2-3 years of PA/Admin experience
• Leads with a nice demeanor

Nice to Haves

• Any event planning or music industry experience

Home Office Requirements

• Perfectly working headset and webcam
• Stable internet connection of at least 5 Mbps to 15 Mbps
• Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 8 or Mac OS X
• Quiet room with no distractions or background noises
• A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift
