We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Personal Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who loves organizing travel plans and providing personalized service to clients. As a Personal Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless travel experiences by managing all aspects of clients' trips remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with planning and booking personalized travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and tours.
  • Provide tailored travel recommendations based on client preferences, special requests, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with travel suppliers to secure bookings, negotiate upgrades, and handle any special accommodations.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, updating them on itinerary changes, confirmations, and travel tips.
  • Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergency requests, ensuring a stress-free experience for clients.
  • Manage all travel documentation, including booking confirmations, travel itineraries, and payment processing.
  • Stay informed on travel trends, destination updates, and industry policies to offer clients expert advice.
