An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and motivated Personal Assistant to join the Chief Nurse CSU at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. Working as part of the CSU Central Team, you will provide a comprehensive PA and administrative service to the General Manager, helping to ensure the effective coordination and day-to-day running of the service. The role is based at Trust Headquarters, St James’s University Hospital, with a requirement to work across Trust sites and remotely where needed. We are looking for someone with excellent organisational, communication and IT skills who can manage competing priorities, work independently and build effective relationships with colleagues at all levels. You will support diary and meeting management, prepare agendas and minutes, maintain effective information and administrative systems, coordinate follow-up actions and handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
The Chief Nurse CSU is a diverse and supportive team working across a range of services that contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care at Leeds Teaching Hospitals. As part of the CSU Central Team, you will work closely with the General Manager and colleagues across the Trust, giving you the opportunity to build strong working relationships and gain experience of a broad range of corporate and operational activities. The role is varied, with the opportunity to work independently while being an integral part of the wider team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, takes pride in providing a high-quality service and is comfortable managing different priorities.
