ComForCare Home Care is hiring compassionate caregivers to join our family and provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes. We offer 8 hour shifts, 2 days and weekends, with opportunities for advancement and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Nice to have CNA or HHA certification.
• Previous caregiver experience with special needs is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in need.
• Handle meal planning and preparation.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up living areas.
• Provide companionship and engage in social activities with clients.
• Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate medical professionals.
• Document tasks and create care notes for each visit.
• Follow all HIPAA guidelines to ensure client confidentiality.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.

What we’re looking for

• A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
• Nice to Have - A state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Previous experience as a caregiver with special needs clients is a bonus.
• 8 hr shifts |2 days | Weekends
• Starting Salary Range: $20-21
