Qualifications

• Strong ML engineering skills with research experience.
• Ability to translate qualitative problems into concrete training interventions.
• Experience designing evaluations and debugging large ML codebases.

Responsibilities

• Own and pursue a research agenda to improve model capability and performance.
• Collaborate with research and product teams to optimize customers' models.
