Job summary

PREMIUM LOAVES in Sterling, CO seeks a Shift Lead to run the shift, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to operational standards during the shift.

Responsibilities include leading daily food prep, opening/closing procedures, cash drawer control, and delivering world-class service while maintaining speed and accuracy in a high-volume environment. Evening and holiday work may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write and communicate in English.
• Position requires bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, repetitive motions, cognitive skills, standing and moving about the unit the entire workday.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, current automobile insurance and a clean driving record.

Job Summary

Shift Leads run a shift, but do not have authority over other employees. The Shift Lead’s job is to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and to confirm that operational standards are maintained at all times during their shift.
