Job summary

Jimmy John’s Lone Tree, CO is seeking a Shift Lead to run a shift, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining operational standards when the General Manager is not on duty.

You will lead a team, assist with deliveries and opening/closing procedures, and manage cash drawers while performing daily paperwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write and communicate in English.
• Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, current automobile insurance and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Willing to work evenings, holidays, weekends as business dictates.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision.
• Ability to handle stress and a high-volume enterprise.

The Shift Lead’s job is to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and to confirm that operational standards are maintained at all times during their shift.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensures that every customer receives world-class customer service.
• Routes deliveries and serves drivers to maximize delivery business and speed within the four walls of the restaurant.
• Completes and oversees daily food preparation (opening procedures, meat and vegetable slicing, bread production.)
• Completes and oversees opening and closing procedures.
• Executes systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness. Completes daily paperwork as necessary.
• Responsible for 100% of the cash drawers at all times during the shift.
• Displays a sense of urgency in all tasks.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Must be able to read and write and communicate in English.
• Position requires bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, repetitive motions, cognitive skills, standing and moving about the unit the entire workday.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current automobile insurance and a clean driving record.
