Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and clerical/administrative functions desired.
• Knowledge of City government procedures is beneficial.
• Knowledge of construction practices and materials is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Process building permit applications and ensure necessary approvals.
• Respond to inquiries regarding building codes and permit regulations.
• Assemble and monitor plans for the review process.
• Calculate valuations and permit fees.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
