Qualifications

• Must have all the following: High school diploma or GED and 1 year of work experience in an office environment
• 3 years' experience in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction, Architecture, Engineering or related field
• Preferred: Knowledge of Bluebeam or Smartsheets
• Able to understand and explain a project’s scope of work
