Responsibilities

• Processes permits - receives permit and project applications and verifies all information necessary for plan review; submits applications to counties/cities and routes to team for review and correction.
• Assists customers with permitting questions in a friendly, professional manner.
• Schedules building inspections and prepares documentation for inspections.
• Assists with office tasks: phones, correspondence, records organization.
• Maintains up-to-date listing of license registrations with counties/cities.
