NAES Corporation in Hubbard, TX seeks a Permit to Work (PTW) Supervisor to lead PTW and Lockout/Tagout programs for maintenance, construction, commissioning, and operations. You will develop and implement PTW/LOTO procedures, coordinate with engineering, operations and EPC contractors, and ensure safe work execution and regulatory compliance during pre-commissioning and startup activities.

The APEX Power Co. Project in Hubbard, TX, currently under Phase 1 construction, is expected to expand to 1.6 GW. It features a diverse mix of generation technologies, including Siemens SGT-800/400 simple cycle turbines, MAN/Everllence 18V51/60G gas reciprocating engines, GE LM6000/LM2500 simple cycle turbines, Pratt & Whitney FT8 simple cycle turbines, and a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), enabling flexible, reliable power output. Future expansion may include additional GE aero and large frame units (6B, 7FA/7FB/7H) in simple or combined cycle configurations, allowing the plant to efficiently meet varying energy demands while supporting data center grid reliability.
Opportunity Summary
The Permit to Work (PTW) Supervisor oversees the site's PTW and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) programs, ensuring the safe coordination of maintenance, construction, commissioning, and operational activities. Working closely with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Safety, EPC contractors, and construction LOTO personnel, this role ensures work is properly authorized, isolated, and executed in accordance with site procedures and safety requirements. The Permit to Work Supervisor promotes safe work execution, procedural compliance, and operational readiness while providing Shift Supervisor relief as needed to support plant operations.

Working Relationships
The PTW Supervisor reports to the Operations Manager and receives general direction from other plant management. This role directs operations personnel and ensures the safe and efficient operation of the plant and its related processes.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Physical requirements include standing for extended periods of time, climbing stairs and ladders, working from elevated platforms and walkways at varying heights, and routinely lifting up to 50 pounds.
