Job summary

The City of Piedmont is seeking an experienced Permit Technician to review plans and specifications for commercial and residential building permit applications. This journey-level position requires interpreting policies and regulations and frequent public contact with customers.

You will assist the public at the front counter, over the phone, and through email, processing permit applications and ensuring compliance with department procedures.

Qualifications
