What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Prepare and submit various entitlement applications, permits, and agreements for communications facility installations
- Assemble files and data for permit submissions and manage document control
- Attend meetings as needed and coordinate any fees required for permitting
- Resolve permitting issues and support the Outside Plant Services design team
- Maintain databases, including Excel and GIS maps
What is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum of 1-5 years of related experience in the wireless telecommunications industry
- Experience with right-of-way permitting for fiber and small cell deployments
- Strong organizational, communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to operate in a dynamic and changing environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or specialized experience
- ROW permitting experience for aerial and underground fiber
- Technical understanding and ability related to telecommunications
- Acute attention to detail and good judgment for decision‑making
