What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Prepare and submit various entitlement applications, permits, and agreements for communications facility installations
• Assemble files and data for permit submissions and manage document control
• Attend meetings as needed and coordinate any fees required for permitting
• Resolve permitting issues and support the Outside Plant Services design team
• Maintain databases, including Excel and GIS maps

What is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Minimum of 1-5 years of related experience in the wireless telecommunications industry
• Experience with right-of-way permitting for fiber and small cell deployments
• Strong organizational, communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to operate in a dynamic and changing environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or specialized experience
• ROW permitting experience for aerial and underground fiber
• Technical understanding and ability related to telecommunications
• Acute attention to detail and good judgment for decision‑making
