Role Responsibilities:

• Liaise with municipal departments to complete necessary permit applications efficiently.
• Negotiate to acquire permits essential for survey and installation works.
• Coordinate contract finalization with property owners and administrators.
• Attend project meetings and track meeting minutes and action items to ensure project alignment.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 2+ years of project coordination experience.
• 1+ year of experience in permit acquisition from municipalities or HOA.
• Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in verbal and written communication.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with familiarity with MS Project.
