• Deliver therapeutic interventions, reassess progress and adapt the plan of care.
• Use exercise, gait, balance, strength and functional mobility strategies to connect treatment with activities that matter to each person.
• Explain techniques clearly and help patients and caregivers participate safely in care.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation and care team; document evaluations, interventions and progress; communicate changes clearly and promptly.
