Dentistry Locum Staffing is recruiting a full-time Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon (DDS/DMD) for a permanent position serving Blacksburg and Radford, Virginia. The role offers a Monday–Thursday 8:00–5:00 schedule with Friday 8–4, and a competitive first-year compensation of $400,000–$500,000 or 35% of collections, whichever is higher, plus relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree.
• Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency.
• Board certified or board eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Active Virginia dental license or ability to obtain licensure.
• Ability to successfully complete required credentialing and onboarding.

Compensation

• First-Year Compensation: $400,000–$500,000 salary or 35% of collections, whichever is higher
