Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in tool maintenance, preferably in permanent mold or foundry operations.
• Knowledge of mold coatings and release agents.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics and cooling systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on permanent molds.
• Troubleshoot mold-related defects like flash and sticking.
• Work closely with production and quality teams.

Skills

Mechanical troubleshooting

Ability to read blueprints

Familiarity with measuring instruments

Strong understanding of permanent mold casting processes

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
